I do not see anyone after 11p.m.
My private office is in North Dallas near Bush and DNT.
SCREENING:
If you have seen a provider before, I will need her contact info and your contact info. (Name, email and phone number)
If you have never seen a provider, I can screen you with your employment information. Please ask.
Those are your only options.
After this process is complete, we can plan our time together.
Housecalls are available for a 2 hour minimum. (Private residences only)
1 Hr – My Office Only – 600 for new clients as of 9/1/18
1 Hr – My Office Only – 500 for existing clients that I’ve met before 9/1/18
Extended appointment rates apply to all clients
90 Mins – My Office Only – 750
2 Hrs – My Office 950 / House Call 1000
