CANCELLATION POLICY
First time meetings for travel and, tours require a deposit; no exceptions. You are not scheduled on my calender until the deposit is recieved via the tour. If canceled within less than 24 hours notice must pay 25% of the intended donation. Dates cancelled with less than 4 hours notice or same day must pay 100% of the intended donation. You may request a reschedule date if deposit has been received. Payment must be within 48 hrs of the terminated date sent in a manner that can be tracked.
