I’m midwest-born, NYC bred, and learning all about southern hospitality here in Dallas. The idea of southern hospitality really encapsulates what it’s like to spend time with me. You’ll want for not, worry about nothing, and be able to relax fully. Need me to handle dinner plans after a long day planning corporate takeovers? Maybe you just waited for ages to get your ‘check engine’ light turned off, and want someone to have dinner ready when you arrive.

Leave it to me! Not only do I love to cook—I’m a culinary student with a focus on nutrition—but I also love to plan evenings out, and can pair the wine to match whatever you’ll order. Our time together will never be rushed; unless of course, I’m hurrying you out the door for a reservation at The Mansion.
